The Challenge

KitchenLab’s e-commerce platform and digital sales setup needed modernisation.

The existing solution had limited growth potential, and there was a need to strengthen both the technical platform and the digital marketing approach to drive more traffic, improve conversion, and increase online revenue.

My Approach

I led the transformation of the e-commerce setup, focusing on both platform and performance.

This included launching a new webshop, improving the structure and user experience, and optimising digital marketing efforts to drive qualified traffic. The goal was to create a scalable and conversion-focused e-commerce environment that could support long-term growth.
